Janice is incredible. Having worked with numerous other realtors over the past few years, I can safely say that her work ethic, professionalism, honesty, reliabilty, and patience are unmatched. She was involved in the whole process from start to finish, and we ended up finding exactly what we wanted in a new house. She has truly made us feel like she has us in her best interest. It's refreshing to see a team like hers being focused on integrity, and it is an absolute pleasure working with Janice.

My wife and I first met Janice when we were casually looking at homes. When we first spoke at an open house we explained to her that we were not quite on the market yet and it may be a few years before we were ready to buy. Despite our lack of commitment, Janice showed us every courtesy that she would have shown a serious customer, explaining the process, giving us tips, and showing us all the houses we wanted.
When we were ready to buy Janice spent a considerable amount of time taking us to all kinds of houses, being infinitely patient with our changing tastes as we figured out what we wanted in our first home. She showed us homes on short notice and was very informative through out the whole process.
We were very happy with our experience with Janice, and if we ever decide to move, she will be the one we contact to help.

We have used Janice to purchase an investment property, and she was excellent with all aspects regarding getting back to us, getting us an appointment, calling us back etc. We did get a property and she was the best! We also recommended her to a friend of ours, and they interviewed either 4 or 5 realtors and they were very impressed with Janice and they did use her and she sold their house in a day- with two offers in first day! They couldnt say enough about her! I would recommend her to everyone!! She is very knowledgeable and very honest!
