I liked Pat the first day I met her. I was in the process of setting up a new computer system for my Mom when Pat's name was given to me by a local Doylestown tech shop as a person who could come out to my Mom's house and assist with installing that new system. Pat's technical skills were impressive. She completed everything in 2 hours including printer issues and making the system easy to navigate for my 93 year old Mom. Pat and I were talking and she mentioned that she is a real estate agent and has been for 40 years. The stars aligned. My Mom eventually passed away. I did not have to think very hard about who I wanted to represent our family in the eventual sale of my Mom's townhouse. I am a contractor and knew I had to update the interior of my Mom's house to where it needed to be for resale. Pat gave me some great ideas as to modernize the house. Pat met me at Lowes one day and helped me pick out a new complete vanity, vanity top and some lighting. She also went on-line to pick out other lighting and mirrors. I was very happy with her taste in these items.After I completed the renovations, Pat mentioned that staging the house would be a good idea. The staging very much enhanced the work I had put into it. The house sold immediately. Pat was always available to answer questions and to educate me about the real estate transaction. I would highly recommend Pat for any move you might be considering. Pat's knowledge of Bucks and Montgomery counties along with her financial and technical skills make her a most valuable asset. I really like Pat on a personal level and know I have made a great friend.

Our situation was quite difficult. My father had died, and my mother was ill. The house was full of their possessions, the septic system had failed it's test, and my parents four children were scattered from Maine to DC.There was some question as to how to market the house with it's issues in the short time frame available before winter. Pat priced the house appropriately, and sold it to the sort of customer she had envisioned for the asking price.Pat was kind, compassionate, and very diplomatic as well. She knew whoto contact for various services, knew who the experts were, was incredibly flexible with arrangements, and worked seamlessly online and in person with all 4 children. Everyone was kept informed at all times, and the closing occurred ahead of schedule - which was hugely helpful to all parties.In short, Pat was terrific, and gets the highest recommendations.
