An exceptional realtor, Lorraine has been a terrific partner for us for 3 real estate transactions - 2 purchases and 1 sale. No matter the subject - marketing, inspections, negotiations, "getting rid of moving boxes" and more, Lorraine consistently anticipated what my husband and I needed and proactively managed the sale and purchase processes throughout. What most impresses me is that Lorraine seems to handle each real estate transaction like she is personally buying or selling. Lorraine patiently and expertly worked with us every step of the way to find and buy the perfect home for us. We had a narrow search range (geo) – but, at the same time, were not exactly sure of the style house we wanted. Lorraine was EXCELLENT in finding listings for us, taking us to see homes, listening to our feedback, and providing her helpful insights as we evaluated homes and pricing. We truly felt like she was looking out for our interests, from beginning to end and that is SO important. She is an excellent agent and I recommend her with the highest of praise. Lorraine was fantastic and I would absolutely use her again. She helped guide my husband and I in making the right decision and gave good advice, rather than simply steering us in a direction that would make more money for her commission. She was well versed on Bucks County and the surrounding area. She was always available to us and went above and beyond to make things happen. She even relentlessly pursued our loan agent to ensure everything turned out correctly and came in on time.
